These terms govern access to MinuteArc. The service is currently offered free of charge.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information, the confidentiality of your password and activity performed through your account. Automated abuse, unlawful use, excessive resource consumption and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

Free access

All current features are available without payment. Reasonable safeguards may be applied to prevent automated abuse or excessive resource consumption.

Your content

You retain rights to the activities, tasks and time records you submit. You grant the service permission to process that content only as necessary to operate, secure and improve MinuteArc.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, maintenance may occur and the service may be discontinued. You should export important records periodically.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MinuteArc is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made solely from tracking data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
