Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the MinuteArc public beta. The service is currently offered without charge so its usefulness, adoption and reliability can be evaluated.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information, the confidentiality of your password and activity performed through your account. Automated abuse, unlawful use, excessive resource consumption and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

Free public beta

All current features are available without payment during the beta. There is no promise that every feature or the service itself will remain free indefinitely. Any future paid offering will be introduced separately and communicated before it affects existing access.

Your content

You retain rights to the activities, tasks and time records you submit. You grant the service permission to process that content only as necessary to operate, secure and improve MinuteArc.

Availability and changes

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, maintenance may occur and the service may be discontinued. You should export important records periodically.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MinuteArc is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made solely from tracking data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
