Privacy Policy
This policy describes how NDEF processes information when you use MinuteArc.
Information we process
MinuteArc stores account details, authentication records, workspace membership, activities, time entries, tasks, invitations and administrative audit events. MinuteArc does not collect payment-card or subscription data.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to provide and secure the service, operate shared workspaces, respond to support requests, understand aggregate adoption, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Essential technical processing
When your browser requests a page, the server necessarily processes technical information such as the source IP address, date and time, requested path, HTTP status, referrer and browser user-agent. Limited logs are used to deliver and secure MinuteArc, diagnose faults, prevent abuse and produce aggregate operational statistics.
Optional Matomo analytics
Matomo analytics is disabled until you actively allow it through the privacy banner or settings panel. If enabled, Matomo may record pages viewed, approximate visit sequence, visit time, referrer, broad browser and device information, screen size, an anonymised IP-derived approximate location, downloads and outbound links. Matomo is self-hosted at analytics.diogo.site. Analytics data is not used for advertising, sold or deliberately shared with advertising platforms.
MinuteArc uses its own Matomo website property. Cross-domain tracking with diogo.site or unrelated websites is not enabled, and MinuteArc does not send account email addresses, names, workspace names, activity names, task content or Matomo User IDs.
Cookies and your choice
MinuteArc uses essential first-party cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery and store your analytics choice. The minutearc_session, minutearc_remember and minutearc_csrf cookies may be renewed for up to 400 days while the account remains in use. The corresponding persistent-login token is stored only as a cryptographic hash and is revoked when you sign out, reset or change your password, delete your account, or are suspended. The minutearc_privacy cookie stores your analytics choice for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Matomo may create first-party cookies beginning with _pk_. Declining analytics does not limit the service. You can reopen Privacy settings at any time; withdrawing consent stops future Matomo tracking and removes the Matomo cookies available to the browser.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while the account is active and for a limited period in backups. You may export your data and permanently delete your account from the account page.
Your choices
You may update your profile, export your account and time data, request correction or deletion, and contact mail@diogo.site regarding privacy rights.
Service providers
The service may use hosting and email providers. Their names, processing locations and retention periods should be documented here before public launch.
