Privacy Policy

This policy describes how NDEF processes information when you use the MinuteArc public beta. The deployed policy should always match the actual hosting, email, analytics and backup configuration.

Information we process

MinuteArc stores account details, authentication records, workspace membership, activities, time entries, tasks, invitations and administrative audit events. MinuteArc does not collect payment-card or subscription data in the public-beta release.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide and secure the service, operate shared workspaces, respond to support requests, understand aggregate adoption, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Product analytics

MinuteArc may use privacy-respecting aggregate measurements, application audit events and server logs to understand registrations, active use, retention and reliability. Any external analytics provider must be identified here before it is enabled.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while the account is active and for a limited period in backups. You may export your data and permanently delete your account from the account page.

Your choices

You may update your profile, export your account and time data, request correction or deletion, and contact hello@ndef.dev regarding privacy rights.

Service providers

The service may use hosting and email providers. Their names, processing locations and retention periods should be documented here before public launch.
