What is stored
Your name, email address, password hash, time zone, workspace memberships, tasks, activities, goals, and time entries are stored to provide the app. Session and security records may include an IP address and browser information. Passwords are hashed.
Who can see your work
Members of a workspace can see its shared tasks, activities, goals, and tracking reports. Workspace owners manage membership. Service administrators can manage account access and maintain the service.
Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. An appearance preference is stored in your browser. This version does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
Retention and your choices
Your work is kept while your account and workspace exist. You can export your account data from Account, export reports as CSV, and delete your account. Deleting an account also deletes the workspaces it owns and the shared data in those workspaces. Contact the operator about backups and any retention obligations that apply to your deployment.
Account verification, password reset, and workspace invitations are delivered through the operator’s configured email provider. These messages contain only the information needed for that purpose.
